These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the mbiwin platform, including all gaming products, payment services, promotions, and account management features. Please read them carefully before using the site.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "You") and mbiwin ("the Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://mbiwin.net ("the Platform"). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the mbiwin Platform. Creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held across them.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or a third party who has accessed your account — is your responsibility. mbiwin will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
mbiwin conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by its licensing obligations. You agree to complete identity verification when requested, including submission of a government-issued identification document and proof of address.
All financial transactions on the mbiwin Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, FPX, and Cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. mbiwin reserves the right to request withdrawal to an alternative method in certain circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
mbiwin processes withdrawal requests on a same-business-day basis for verified accounts, subject to the payment provider's processing timelines. The Company accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages beyond its reasonable control.
Funds deposited into a mbiwin account do not accrue interest. Deposits are held for gaming purposes only and are not a banking or investment product. mbiwin is not a licensed financial institution.
mbiwin offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods. Promotional terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of this Agreement when a bonus is claimed.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met. mbiwin reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonus funds if the Company determines that a Member has attempted to manipulate, abuse, or exploit a promotion in any way, including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine play, or collusion.
mbiwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a member's account will remain subject to the terms under which it was issued.
Each game available on the mbiwin Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or help section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to gameplay outcomes.
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, wheels) operated by trained dealers in licensed studios.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a game round, mbiwin reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Member's account. The Company's decision in such circumstances is final.
Sportsbook bets are subject to the mbiwin Sportsbook Rules, including provisions on bet acceptance, odds fluctuation, void events, and settlement timelines. mbiwin reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by irregular betting patterns or integrity concerns.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mbiwin Platform. Any Member found to be engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the mbiwin Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and audiovisual elements, is the property of mbiwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of mbiwin.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mbiwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress, whether or not mbiwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mbiwin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game or service offered through it.
mbiwin's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mbiwin is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The Company provides a suite of tools to help Members manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Members who wish to self-exclude may do so permanently by submitting a written request via live chat, verified by their registered email and mobile number. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. A self-excluded Member must not attempt to open a new account on the Platform during the exclusion period.

In the event of account closure for cause, mbiwin reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If closure results from a genuine error or change in regulatory status unrelated to Member misconduct, verified balances will be returned via the Member's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
mbiwin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory mandate or to prevent ongoing harm or abuse, in which case changes may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which mbiwin holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through mbiwin's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.
Members may submit a formal complaint to mbiwin's customer support team in the first instance. mbiwin commits to acknowledging complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 7 business days. If a complaint remains unresolved following this process, the Member may escalate to the relevant independent adjudicator as designated by the licensing authority.
